Christmas Eve - by Tim L.
We want to let you all know that our home is open to all of you and those in your family.
The evening will start at 6:30pm and be full of chatter, songs, talents, and the traditional nativity.
You are welcome to bring a snack if you would like. We will provide the wonderful chicken noodle soup and drinks as usual.
We are trying to get an approximate count so let us know if you are coming.

The Lewis Family update
There have been several things that have happened within the Lewis clan. First, the most exciting news, Austin, Philips boy, was baptized this last weekend. It was very exciting. It was quite touching. So if you all want to congratulate him, that would be great! Also, Philip and Juli have purchased a home in St George. It needs a little bit of work, but it will be a huge blessing to them.
Cameron and Michelle are now living with Tim and Enid for the time being. We are not sure how long we will be staying with them. (just so you know, we have a blog thebuzzybuzzybees.blogspot.com, but we will be going private when I have the time to get all of the emails typed up. If you would like to be able to view it, email me or leave a comment on the blog with your email address).
Leticia has made the JV/Varsity basketball team for Bingham. Yea!
Enid has a surgery on December 4th. They expect it to be a quick recovery.
Everyone else is doing very well. Love you all.

GO BRONCOS!!!!! - by Wes
OK I know that most of you really don’t care but BSU won 38-3 on National TV last night and are top 20 in both polls, but that isn’t the coolest thing.
My son - Dalin surprised me before the game with a late birthday present that he had been working on for two months. He presented me with a game ball that the team had signed. So now when you all come to visit I will have my Blue and Orange corner with my blue turf – glass case and Football proudly displayed. What a present and what a surprise.
I know that you all are behind those great Utah and BYU teams and they are good, but BSU is right there with you. If all goes well, Oregon State will keep on the upset track and Beat Utah at Utah tonight and then Utah can upset BYU at Utah and we might be going back to the BCS if we can hold on and win out. We have Fresno State in Boise on the 28th of November and that will be one heck of a game. We also have to travel to Southern Miss next week and that won’t be an easy game.
So I guess the Nelson’s will be in Boise for Thanksgiving because it will be Dalin’s 22nd Birthday on the day that we BEAT UP FRESNO.
Hope all is going well for everyone and that all the newlyweds are doing well.

A Word About Privacy
As I mentioned in the first post, this blog will be going "private" in about a week. I will not post any personal contact information until that point. A private blog means that only the people I've invited (Nelson Norris family members only) will be able to view the blog.
If you're still concerned about having your personal information posted, let me know, and I will remove it.

Blog Administrators
I need a volunteer administrator from each family unit (ie: one from the Lewises, one from the Pugmires, etc). If you're pretty familiar with blogger or at least pretty computer-savvy, please post a comment and volunteer for this job.
Administrators will be responsible for adding and updating their family's personal blogs, business links, and contact information.

Welcome to the Blog
Okay, so here it is... the Nelson Norris family blog. Feel free to use this to post general announcements and inform us all of your family's milestones. We'd also love to hear fun stories and see your general pictures, but please just link us to your personal blog for those types of things.
This blog will be going private in about a week, so make sure I have your email address so I can invite you to read and contribute.
If you're totally lost and confused by all this, post a comment and I'll try to help you out.
I hope this will help us stay a little better connected!
